Position Details
1. Customer Support Representative
- Role: Assist customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding their orders, delivery status, and product inquiries.
- Requirements: Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu), patience, and a problem-solving attitude. Prior experience in call centers or retail support is a plus.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Assistant
- Role: Manage stock levels, carefully pack daily grocery orders, and ensure all perishable items meet our strict quality and freshness standards before dispatch.
- Requirements: High attention to detail, physical stamina, and basic computer skills for inventory management software.
3. Delivery Executive (Rider)
- Role: Safely and punctually deliver grocery orders to our customers’ doorsteps across the city.
- Requirements: A valid motorcycle license, own bike (preferred), a smartphone with GPS navigation, and a polite, customer-friendly demeanor.
